Police in St. John’s have charged a man, 37, with indecent exposure and showing sexually explicit material to children.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says it was called to a food establishment on Portugal Cove Road, in the city’s east end, on Sunday afternoon to investigate a complaint.
When officers arrived just after 3:30 p.m. they found the man at a different business nearby.
He was held to appear in court in indecent exposure charges, as well as making sexually explicit material available to children.
Police said in a news release that they are investigating to determine if there were other incidents.
