Jean Claude Chiasson also sentenced on May 1, 2014 to federal penitentiary for 2 years for 2 historic sexual assaults dating back to the 80’s.  This was on the front page of telegraph journal, greater saint john section on May 2nd, 2014.  They could not refer to the previous charge and conviction of 2012 as these charges occurred prior to that charge, ie in the 80’s.  With that being said in court there also was no mention of him already being on the sex registry.  So for sure we know he was sexually assaulting people from the 80’s until 2012.
